Assistant Store Manager (Former Employee) – Chino, CA – June 27, 2018
This the worst place to work for, if you need a job just temporary then do it other then that dont apply save yourself the time. Mangers dont know how to treat employees. If speak up about anything they will target you until they fire you. Mangers dont know to run the place. Most of these mangers been there all there life & never worked elsewhere, it's sad these people have no life & nothing better to do then to get people in trouble.
Warehouse Employee/ Main Merchandise Employee (Former Employee) – Fullerton, CA – May 17, 2018
I worked as hard as I could and made friends with many customers and coworkers. I started as seasonal and wanted to continue working there. Unfortunately they did not have enough room for me after the season was over.
Cashier / Sales Associate / Assistant Manager (Current Employee) – Chino, CA – May 3, 2018
A typical day at work would be assisting customers on their wants and needs. If a slow day, cleaning, restocking, coming up with new strategies, displaying, following up with customers, or taking payments. Curacao gives you the opportunity to grow in many different criteria, from handling money, sales, to operations. Management is always willing to help, they are leaders. Curacao is a very orientated company is more than just a workplace its a family.
Demand Planner (Current Employee) – Los Angeles, CA – April 9, 2018
Curacao is going to some transition and it is been a slow process with some grown pains, the environment is great to work at a some what reactionary response do to lack of communication between the departments. It has great potential to be a great company if office politics stop and we all just work together as unit for a common goal.
Great place to get your feet wet in a new career choice
Very low pay for the demand of work that it is asked to do.
Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Tucson, AZ – March 7, 2018
is a good store but they do not take care of employees and lose a lot of customers because of how they tread their customers, is a place where you can buy a lot of things but need to be careful what they put on you ticket

Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Anaheim, CA – December 25, 2017
Working at the Curacao, an electronic/furniture sale store we had a monthly sale quota. The quota was unfairly given to us due to the low volume of customers we would get at times it was hard to reach the quota. Also, whenever an employee quit from the department you worked on, their quota would be distribute to the department associates at times doubling the quota given to you.
They had good sales.
Managment was never on the same page, which made it dificult to work with
Assistant Manager Retail (Current Employee) – Los Angeles, CA – December 20, 2017
It is a great company to work for, unfortunately salaries are not up to industry standard. It is a very family oriented place to work in which provides a wanted feeling. Management is caring and understanding of family.
Associate (Former Employee) – Fountain Valley, CA – December 19, 2017
The management is he worst. The employees treat new employees like they arwn anything, and to top it off they won’t help you learn or advance. They are constantly hiring and now I understand why. I would not recommend to anyone. Yes, they definitely do favoritism especially with employees winthin. Worst experience and don’t even plan on shopping or recommending to shop there. Very disappointed with the company and overall experience.
None, maybe just the discount but rather pay full price than deal with them.
Service Associate (Current Employee) – Fullerton, CA – December 19, 2017
While working at curacao you learn to work in a fast paced environment. Learn customer service and the ability to manage your time. Management helps those who want to grow with the company. The hardest part of the job is focusing on strictly one task. The most enjoyable part is gaining the ability to gain experience on how to deal with difficult clients.
