Patients always come first. Healing, Health, and wellness is a reason for me to stay. I avoid gossip and strive to have integrity in everything I do. If I witnessed bullying or treating patients and staff like they are more superior. I am a team player and have an immense amount of respect for my employer, but if they are hostile and disrespectful more than less, I would probably have to leave.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Curaleaf a better place to work?
Respect the staff and actually follow the pretend valuse the fake pretend to follow and patients over profits
Don't interview with Curaleaf as you will completely regret working for them. Long, hard hours for average pay. Fear is instilled, so no job security.
Answer alot of ringing phones while you try to help patients in front of you, all while trying to pull online orders for pick up and delivery as well as pick up orders taken over the phone. Multitask!
Very high turnover rate and once people discover the true ammount of metals and other various elements contained in the product, i suspect the immediate reaction to be massive profit loss.
