great company led by progressive aggressive thought leader
Marketing Analyst (Former Employee) –  Princeton, NJApril 1, 2017
I worked here and have never seen a more progressive set of people. The management expects people to work, but gives them autonomy to achieve what the need to get achieved. I recommend this company if you are a hard worker.
Pros
Immediate recognition for hard work
Cons
Shorter lunch breaks

My co-workers made it a fun place to work
PIP REPRESENTATIVE (Former Employee) –  Princeton, NJMarch 23, 2017
In working for CURE, one must be able to work independently at a fast pace. You must be able to multi-task at a high level. A typical day at work will involve new claim assignments, oral and written communication, the use of various databases to confirm claimant's identity, address, eligibility, etc., claim diary reviews, setting accurate reserves, processing medical bill payments, ruling out/in other applicable exposures (i.e. uninsured/underinsured motorists, subrogation, concurrency), addressing phone calls, emails and correspondence received. You must be able to recognize any applicable red flags which may require outside investigating and the use of vendors. You must also partner with in-house counsel to resolve any arbitrations and/or suits filed. The hardest part of the job was keeping up with the high volume of work. However, my co-workers made it all worthwhile.
Pros
co-workers
Cons
short lunch breaks

Good place to work
Sr. SIU Specialist (Current Employee) –  Princeton, NJNovember 22, 2016
The working environment for the most part is good. However, some employees are not as favored as others. There are several instances of people being promoted that because of friendships and not experience or knowledge.

Not Bad
Underwriter (Former Employee) –  Princeton, NJFebruary 15, 2015
pretty 9-5, although they do require over time certain parts of the year. They take the time training you, co workers are nice. Just agree with whom ever your train is and keep your head down, get on there bad side or question what they say and your in for a rough time.
Pros
Good pay/hours
Cons
Clicky managment

Work day is busy, no down time, which is nice.
No opportunity for advancement even when I have asked multiple times.

Did not like company
Paralegal/Personal Injury Defense (Former Employee) –  Princeton, NJSeptember 10, 2013
I did not like working for them. They are not fair and they do not look out for their employees. The management speaks to you as if your garbage. I do not recommend working for this company.
