If you were in charge, what would you do to make Curio Wellness a better place to work?
Well when a new person start I'll make sure they are trained accordingly by the company's way. Thoroughly evaluate weekly and give the associate a clear detailed evaluation.I never received that, and was terminated . Was told after being fired that I didn't follow directions. Non mandatory overtime for weekend. But I was terminated bcuz of my attendance. I came to work everyday. Not late. When you're told overtime isn't mandatory and don't go in but us terminated.
