Raises haven't happened in almost 2 and a half years of working with Curo. I've gotten a total of 2 percent over that time, a total JOKE. They give us all the same, one percent, based on satisfaction surveys instead of individual merit. And our director had to fly to NC just to make that happen. Oh, and the health insurance and mileage reimbursements are a joke as well. Welcome to the world of corporate slavery.
