Shifts are relatively simple. Handling cash transactions, answering customer questions, occasional lengthy conversations with investors and conspiracy theorists who like to discuss bitcoin and all other financial discussions. One downside is that most of the phone systems being utilized are sub-par in quality, so it becomes very difficult to hear a customer over the phone, especially having worked in 2 separate branches, and both be a witness to large crowds of people and the massive space, envelopes your ability to hear the customer. Every manager has their own particular system, so although the procedure is standard across each branch, the taking of inventory, shipments, and all other technical aspects of each branch is different.
Working alone in this position really tests your abilities to deal with customers, understanding and taking on the responsibility of the inventory, and the branch itself. It is not a difficult job, but I feel as though the working alone aspect is both positive and negative. You tend to feel a bit lonesome in the branch and typically have to be preoccupied with something. which is hard to do sometimes when you have no customers or nothing to manage in terms of the branch.
Generous Pay, Benefits, Relax Work Environment, Low-Supervision
Low Supervision sometimes bad, Not a relatively easy job for someone who needs to be social.
