Adding too much work to a person that already has a heavy load. be caring for workers that have been doing this for many years and are dependable.

Have HR pop up on managers making sure they are treating employees like adults and not children. Give managers more training on how to treat others. Protect their employees from harassment from clients. Ask staff what changes they see in the future that would make the job and company better. appreciate their employees like walmart is during this pandemic.
I felt like a robot at C&W...closed off from the rest of the world. I felt that this is the position I would be in for the next 10 years as they lack the diversity skills to appreciate and support the contribution of minorities. It’s set up like that...it’s the culture. Very sterile and vanilla.
