Asst. Chief Operating Engineer (Current Employee) – Centreville, VA – January 8, 2016
Maintain tenant work orders, check HVAC equipment daily at morning startup. Learned how to effectively handle contractors/employee. The manage team generally interested in employee needs and concerns. My coworkers are the best The hardest part of my would be keeping tenant satisfaction at a high level
Global Marketing and Communications Associate (Current Employee) – Chicago, IL – March 4, 2018
Great company when it comes to benefits and brand reputation. The Chicago office has a great location with a cutting-edge workplace atmosphere. Work/life balance is supported but definitely not a priority. Generally supportive job culture overall, however, my position was on a smaller team. Recently there has been some budget cutting in events and marketing, so job security is dependent on department. Opportunities for advancement are unclear.

Great place to work until merger with Cushman & Wakefield
Senior Corporate Accounting Assistant (Former Employee) – St. Louis, MO – February 26, 2018
Enjoyed working there very much. Fast growth and a large turnover of managers made the environment chaotic. When the merger with Cushman & Wakefield happened, our jobs were eliminated due to perceived redundancy, which proved to be an error in judgement. Most employees are unhappy.
Lead Technician (Former Employee) – Glendale Colorado – February 20, 2018
Not a great place the Glendale office is run by very cutthroat managers and chief . This place is a lot of walking and no room for error. 2 minutes late you get wrote up ! Simple work jerks for managers .
Chief Engineer (Former Employee) – San Francisco, CA – February 17, 2018
Deceptive and pejorative communications. Clique operational processes and hidden agenda management. Favorative toward friends and lies about advancement opportunities.Managers use the hard work of others to take credit for advancing their own careers.
Building Engineer (Current Employee) – Tampa, FL – February 9, 2018
Good company and good benefits also good management. Communication could use improvement. Cushman & wakefield is a worldwide company that has many locations if you ever consider relocation.Overall a very decent company.
Audio Visual Technician (Current Employee) – Long Island City, NY – January 30, 2018
Fast pace environment providing service to executive and tenants learned the purpose of cross-training and helping coworkers on any situation that may arise. Hardest part of the job was to please clients and ensure they were properly treated and the most enjoyable part was to know their meeting was successful.
