Turnover for this position is high for a reason.
Financial Advisor (Former Employee) –  Old Hickory, TNJune 28, 2018
Turn over is high because the credit union doesn't take suggestions well, even if to better themselves. The people I worked with were miserable for the same reason. The members at the credit union are hard to invest with because of how they were treated in the past. These people had lost thousands upon thousands of dollars without recovery so it made my job a lot more difficult since there was such a lack of trust. This job requires a lot of driving without compensation or rewards.
Pros
Nice coworkers
Cons
Not enough pay

Good Job
Financial Advisor (Former Employee) –  Van Nuys, CAJune 20, 2018
Good job, however, you MUST be able to drive a substantive partnership[p with the bank in which you are located. Your referral business is what will make or break you.
