Project Manager (Current Employee) – Belmont, MA – November 10, 2015
CEO and HR bring in food trucks over the summer and have events that let the employees have some fun and let their hair down. Kudos to them for these fun events. The problem is inconsistency throughout the company with respect to procedures, processes and support of company supported benefits.
Writer I (Former Employee) – Belmont – March 5, 2013
Do NOT work here in the writing department. They literally fire half of all writers that they hire full time. They mostly use contractors now so they can pay them little and don't have to provide benefits. Department management is warped and incompetent. Work load is heavy, employees receive no management support, deadlines are ridiculous, and there's a lot of finger pointing.
Withheld. (Current Employee) – Massachusetts – April 30, 2012
An otherwise great company, hindered by a topheavy staff. They have a great PTO plan, and decent employee compensation, but poor pricing and frequent late nights. This often makes an employee feel a bit unappreciated, and makes a life outside of work difficult.
