SALES OPERATIONS ASSISTANT in Tysons, VA
very average internship program. Did not utilize interns to their capabilities, pay was awful and hours were long despite not having enough work to do.

You are overworked and underpaid. Be ready to be "coached" to the point that you get sick of it. Clicky, if you are not in the in-crowd forget it. There were perks like free lunch once in a while and happy hours but there was never enough food.
Sales Representative in McLean, VA
cvent is a company that has a great product but toxic culture. they put on a front that they’re inclusive but really they hire sales positions specifically for as diversity hires and get rid of these people before they have to be considered for a promotion, which happens after 18 months. they offer free lunches about every 2-3 weeks, sometimes twice a week, but this is really designed to keep employees in the office and working. not a great work life balance.
