Working at CWT is decent. The pay and benefits are good. The vacation time and personal holidays are really nice. Management is ok, you feel valued to a certain degree. The company has gone through major changes because of the pandemic as far as turnover, so different than it used to be. It changes so quickly it is difficult to keep up where internal contacts are concerned. Overall I have been satisfied, but they could use some improvement on the celebrating achievements etc...

CWT travel company treats people like a number. They are more concerned with how many call you can take in a timeframe , rather than the quality of the customer service. It is not a good environment and moral is not a concern of Management.

Good work life balance best part of you is the people. For the most part management is good. Worked with great mentors always learning something new. Would recommend.

I found that CWT was paying people about a third of market value to their employees. While underpaying employees, CWT seems to only be able to afford to pay them 80% of it as they can't pay their employees to work 5 days a week. The cost of the benefits package has risen to the point of unaffordability. It wasn't always this way, but that is the reality today.

The pay and clients were great, but their was a disconnect with management, micromanaged I would say, impersonable which made it impossible to get needed information to perform at your best.
