Great workplace collaboration

Great Team to be a part of they advertise a friendly sincere workplace during the interview and deliver.
I enjoyed 3 years at CXT and would have stayed as long as I could, I was let go because the contracts I supported left along with the revenue that supported my position. Never did I feel like I was not a part of the Team it was a truly memorable experience.

Good at first
It was a great place to work for the first year, but as time went on management support, help and feedback were the worst ever. No matter how many times I asked about my performance I never got one on one time with management.

Upper management horrible
Only worried about metrics! They put out useless updates to keep customers excited about new updates without really adding any new features. Takes old ideas and tries to build off them without coming up with new ideas. Focusing more on high profile customers who pay more than most of their smaller customers. HR woman is vindictive and two faced.

Great Place to Grow
If you are looking to grow and be involved in a tech company in the ecommerce sector then this is a great fit. Decentrailized environment that allows for it's employee to work remotely where they can better manage their time.
