This is head hunter. They look for outside talent to be placed with their clients or positions off of job boards. The staff is for the most part non-technical. Meaning, they have no STEM education. training, or experience. They are sales persons. They work for commissions.

For the most part, this is employment agency so it really depends on the employer they are searching for. Keep in mind that head hunters (HH) are not your personal manager. They follow the real estate sales model meaning they work for nether for the buyer or the seller, they work for themselves. HHs will only present your resume to one employer at a time. If that particular employer takes their time, you could be missing other opportunities.

They do not make or build anything. They are head hunters or a job agency. They are mostly sales persons.
