The word Security is fully condensed with the ensuring the safety of others and properties. It is seriously a commitment. These guidelines must be present at all times to be successful.

They must be more selective for hiring guards. They hire any body. thus they have some guards who are not well qualified for performing the job.

Horrible I've been complaining about my site manager for weeks and no reponse he doesn't even have a guard card he just sits on his laptop watching youtube and his bestfriend is the regional manager so guess who's not going anywhere smh I just won most outstanding guard from the client but can you guess who keeps getting taken off schedule without reason and when I call the office there's is no one to help me with anything they don't even know the union number or they just don't want to give it out either way if your a great security officer i would just look into another company cypress is a friend and family business and almost everyone is unprofessional

Most days are great. But very stressful when people quit with no notice or flat out stop showing up. Hiring quality people for minimum wages is a major challenge. As is hiring non-marijuana users in a state that it is legal.
