This company is very easy to work with as long as you follow rules. The owner is very generous, and understanding of personal situations. The work is very detail oriented. The owner checks everything you clean and is very thorough. She leaves no stone unturned. A perfectionist, but a kind lady.

They short paychecks and hours

Don’t work here. They will take advantage of you not pay you for all hours worked and have 0 communication. They will rip you off. They aren’t direct.

It was fun and I liked it. But I didn’t like the owners. They had a bad attitude.

They always had a problem with how I did my cleaning especially if it wasn’t the way they did it. They always had a bad attitude. I took too long to clean or not long enough.

Very comfortable

Gr8 place to work safe, happy environment. Co-workers supper easy to work with on a daily basis. Boss has a BIG heart more down the earth then my pass supervisors.

Fine example of starting at the bottom end at the top.

D&J cleaning service has made most of the homes and buisness in Atmore Alabama shine like the beautiful town. They don't over charge and help with charities. If you clean a home or buisness that's your pay. Owner and employees are trusted and respectful.

Great job for younger people

Not some where to work if you want competitive pay or benefits but great job over all great experience for job later in life as a young man or woman great starter job can learn how to get to next level on life

Extreme cleaning

Very fast pace. Sometimes we would have to work 5-8 hours or sometimes 8-13 hours a day depending on the job but we always had a time limit to get everything finished.

Other employees lack speed

If the team members focused more then the shift will let be completed upon designated time. Needs managers that will be honest telling how the employees actually work.

Good place to work.

Go to work and do as iam told cleaning / learned how to do different things. Management is good. The hardest part of the job is not getting enough hours. You get to learn something new.

Nice work environment. Fun people to work with. There is no discrimination against anyone. The pay is above minimum wage at 10.00 per hour. a lot of jobs you choose your own hours

Productive work place and we had a enjoyable time getting our work accomplished..

I enjoyed every day that I went to work a great family owned business. We worked hard and took pride in what we done but at the same time had a enjoyable time doin so.. I would of stayed at this company for the rest of My working years but God had other plans. they are retired and getting the rest and time they deserve...

Great Position and Flexible Night Hours

A great position and flexible hours. The boss is a very kind man and is always willing to answer questions. The pay is also good for the workload provided each day.

Excellent co workers

On this job we just took out times and unloaded the linen closets with everything that was needed for the day...each person had a floor or two...each room was meant to be done the same way...more walking than anything

Awesome Family Business

Basically with this job we did the regular duties. Came in cleaned bathrooms, doctor's offices'. My co-workers were my family, we worked in a family business ran by my uncle. We were paid once a month. The hardest part of doing my job was taking out the trash because in some offices' they had boxes filled with things that were really heavy. The most enjoyable part of my job was listening to my music as i cleaned up.
