As a CSM they expect you to be available by phone 24/7 but yet you are not paid 24/7. You only get paid for the length of the phone call. Also there is no switching of call between the case managers weekly...You take call 52 weeks a year...unless you are on vacation or if another CSM will swap out with you and that's dependent on your caseload.

Answered

As far as CSM's....a cap on the amount of cases one CSM can have. Provide adequate CSM's per location to ensure that each case is handled appropriately (paperwork, IPC's follow thru etc). Management does not take in to account the involvement that local authorities have on the HCS program now. Also the turnover is ridiculous with CSM's. Often times when one CSM leaves that puts additional work on others and they are still having new enrollments forced down their throats to complete.

Answered

They don't only if someone say they smell drugs on you.

Answered

Whenever the masses complain on one accord. And please stop asking why the turn over rate is always so high! If they pay staff according to their work ethics, you'll see the turn over rate number decrease!
