Written by Behavioral Specialist (Former Employee) from Pasadena, CA on July 30, 2013
Typical day at work would be traveling to different schools and residents of clients checking the status of each client. I learned different things each day at work. Management lacked due to no trust of the employees. I worked with the best people from all walks of life. The hardest part of my job was not knowing who I could go to in management. The - more ... most enjoyable part of my job was witnessing my clients succeed in the home and school-based setting. - less
ProsThe friendships I made.
ConsNo medical benefits, forced to purchase anual agency fund raiser tickets, no team concept
