I get 6 days of paid sick leave a year, BUT since DB Schenker has an absurd bad weather policy i had to use 3 of them because there was 8 inches of snow on the ground and 1 of them because i was rear ended in traffic. DB Schenker does not care why you are late or why you can't make it to work. You will still get in trouble unless you use one of your 6 Paid Sick Days.
