You do learn a lot and the work is meaningful.
It is a very high stress environment. You do learn a lot and the work is meaningful. You do know you are making a difference, but more support from the management is needed.

Same thing everyday, in a truck out of a truck. And you are timed for everything you do and don't do. You never learn anything new. There definitely is a golden crew...

Wow....where do I start? I left this company because they were mandating over time 58 hours a week. Supervisors and site managers didn’t even stick around. The drama was unreal and created a very toxic work environment. Pay was decent but they did their scheduling really crazy. Some people worked 12 hour days while other people didn’t which I didn’t think was fair. A lot of people got away with a lot of things they shouldn’t have because of favoritism amongst management and the supervisors. I would not recommend working for this company at all!!! Not worth the pay, mandated overtime and 12 hour days!!!

Just knowing a few good ppl on the floor. It's no fun working here. Lots of overtime. They don't like letting you take your vacation time off..I'm looking for a different job with better management..workers sometimes unfair.the supervisors have. No respect for they employee's. Strongly recommend if u have children and wife. Do not consider working there.

Management is horrible. They don't care about what you say or try to fix things. They only care about making that dollar and don't care what it takes to make it. Worst place I've ever worked for. The employees I've met outside of management are pretty friendly and help get you through the day.

A bunch of “describe a time..” and “what would you do..” you know? Scenario questions mostly about your past work history.

This was a temp-to-hire position for me, so really no questions were ever asked, even during the hiring process.
