Lack of communication, distribution mishaps occur on a daily basis, which effects delivery and customers, they can’t keep any help in the warehouse so your delivery truck is a wreck daily and believe me you would be hard pressed to find a delivery driver not experiencing this frustration their response would be oh well rearrange the truck yourself were sorry. How about stop being sorry and fix your inadequate system.
