Lack of communication, distribution mishaps occur on a daily basis, which effects delivery and customers, they can’t keep any help in the warehouse so your delivery truck is a wreck daily and believe me you would be hard pressed to find a delivery driver not experiencing this frustration their response would be oh well rearrange the truck yourself were sorry. How about stop being sorry and fix your inadequate system.
The lack of organizational structure and the inability to do things effectively, there is no accountability and there are contant breakdowns at the distribution level which trickles down to transportation which in effect affects delivery, maybe one day this organization will get its act together in the United States but as it is now they will continue on their same path. Better training, management is desperately needed.
