Feed back is better than most from management from other jobs I’ve ever worked out. However during my time there, there has been multiple cases where there was a lack of communication between the management themselves. When trying to move up in the company there would always be unnecessary confusion between them.
Depends on the manager. At minimum, yearly.
It’s not, DHL employees (higher ups) have absolutely ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS
