You start by submitting your application, which includes your resume and any other required documents. This step can usually be completed relatively quickly, typically within 1-2 days. After that, you can be invited for an interview, which can be conducted in person. After the interview, the agency initiates the onboarding process, which involves completing paperwork, attending an orientation, training, and other necessary formalities.
I applied in November had my phone interview the next week, then 2 in-person interviews the following 2 weeks. They told me they were going to hire me but I heard nothing else back from them up until today. I even tried following up with them and I'm convinced the guy blocked my phone number afterwards.
Personable!
i was hired during a job fair on the spot.. typically about a 2 week process
Mine was very quick and like talking with a friend. Very nice management.
Applied through college recruiting for the Operations Supervisor job in January. Attended college day in march had to present 5 min me which is a powerpoint about who I am. Had two interviews each with 2 hiring managers . They asked simple question s about what state do i wanna work in and about my leadership skills. Got a call the next week with a job offer I accepted had to pass drug test and criminal background check and then the job started in june . most competition have no work experience so its good if you had ANY job experience in a warehouse. Got bonus check on the first week of work
I got hired the day of my interview & they had me come In as soon as possible
Do wait til they set up orientation for you ? Or you call them first to set up orientation
It took about a month
