I was expected to work from 2:30am-6pm Monday-Saturday. I received no assistance, guidance or overall warehouse help from my managers. I was the only member of management in the warehouse while many days my boss wouldn’t show up.

You will be trained on many functions, which is a good and bad thing, but you are on your feet. The whole time brakes are limited and pay is OK. Is that OK company to work for you? Stay very busy around the holidays and on off season you can VTO almost every day if you don’t really want a big check

I worked for DHL for just over 8 years. Overall I really enjoyed by time with DHL. Typical day was working complaint files that are submitted by customer service. Great benefits and room for growth. If there was any negative that I would add to this review is the lack of communication from upper management. There are times that changes to the processes seem to be made on the fly with no regards to the impact to the team and if the process was already previously tried under previous management. - Even with the negatives I would still highly recommend working for DHL Express.Pros: Wonder small team that works well together. Great benifits. Hybrid work from home. Supervisor that truly cares for her team.Cons: Lack of communication at times for upper management.

Job was cool. Pay wasn’t great but I enjoy the freedom of the job. Routes can turn long because pickups are a priority and you have to go off route to get it. You can have 5 pickups in different cities so this will set you back and make your day really long.

They dock you on the point system for being late from lunch. You only have a 30 minute lunch break and barely have time to eat. They also play favorites. The last manager was great but they treated him like trash.
