Greed of money
Golpher (Former Employee) –  Homosassa, FLJune 26, 2018
Over worked, under pay. They pays at a 1980's pay scale. They want more money to buy jets, planes, exspensive cars, like $270.000 for one car more moeny for themselves. Can't pay their workers the money they need to live, nor the ones that got them their high dollar stuff. The rich got richer, and the poor get poorer, and their greed for money. It is a shame, get bonuses from jobs, and don't share it with the workers that made that money for the company. The pile of freaking dirty money/cash the owner has in his house. Rolex watches, many many misc, vehicles, while some can't afford one old piece of junk !! They live for greed of money..

Project Manager and Estimator (Current Employee) –  Inglis, FLDecember 14, 2017
Stressful place to work with a major communication barrier between upper management and project management. Little to no administrative assistance and no feedback on performance.

Working at this company can be hard if you're new to the field at first but with the fast pace throughout the company it allows you to get a feel for it very quickly. Also the people you work with is very good and help as much as they can.

Loader Operator on the asphalt crew (Current Employee) –  Spring Hill, FLApril 12, 2014
its a very fast paced company and the asphalt crew must keep on its toes at all times to keep up with the work load, and must pave many miles a day. They do not offer many benefits and the ones they do offer you have to pay like crazy for. They also do not offer many raises in pay, claiming that your raise is the consistent 60 hours a week. Which is true the asphalt crew does get many hours but because the hourly pay is so low you have to kill yourself to bring home a decent paycheck. I will say they are willing to teach and train you but also that's for their personal gain as they know once they teach you then most of the time you stay for a while out of loyalty to the company.
Pros
plenty of hours which leads to alot of take home money.
Cons
hardly any breaks, healthcare, wear and tear physically
