Good pay, but monotonous

For a job that takes no experience it pays really well. Essentially door to door sales except the product is a free inspection.Cured my social anxiety and is a good way to learn basic sales. All the employees are super nice and do their best to make it a fun work environment. Everyone was really cool but the managers who overview you don't really do much besides intimidate you if you aren't hitting your numbers, which was kind of impossible when I worked there given we were changing our system and lucky if we even hit 2. They would fire people with no notice and it made it hard when we’d call the same people who have already said no 8 times that day.

Stress stress stress. Fake/bogus people

Theyll act like your friends.. theyre not. Everything is about money.It's not a 9 to 5 job. It's actually a 12 to 14 hour shift. Always having to study at home after work is required. Constant stress.Pass all test for training and joined the team. A week later was given an impossible test that wasnt required but for "just becus". Got fired on the spot for not knowing the 3rd question.
