Good pay, but monotonous
Canvasser (Current Employee) - Eugene, OR - October 24, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedFor a job that takes no experience it pays really well. Essentially door to door sales except the product is a free inspection. Cured my social anxiety and is a good way to learn basic sales. All the employees are super nice and do their best to make it a fun work environment. The managers are also really helpful and always into offering advice. On the other hand, walking 8+ miles daily and getting doors slammed in your face can be a bit soul crushing.

Previous employee
Call Center Representative (Former Employee) - Dallas, TX - December 3, 2023
Everyone was really cool but the managers who overview you don't really do much besides intimidate you if you aren't hitting your numbers, which was kind of impossible when I worked there given we were changing our system and lucky if we even hit 2. They would fire people with no notice and it made it hard when we’d call the same people who have already said no 8 times that day.

Rarely will you see anyone who is so impressed with themselves. The whole inflated pricing with the “fabulous “ discount is just sickening !!!!

Stress stress stress. Fake/bogus people
Sales Representative (Former Employee) - Golden Valley, MN - November 28, 2023
Theyll act like your friends.. theyre not. Everything is about money. It's not a 9 to 5 job. It's actually a 12 to 14 hour shift. Always having to study at home after work is required. Constant stress. Pass all test for training and joined the team. A week later was given an impossible test that wasnt required but for "just becus". Got fired on the spot for not knowing the 3rd question.

High pressure sales and lots of fake hype
Sales Manager (Former Employee) - Eugene, OR - November 20, 2023
Terrible place to work when I was there. You can make a ton of money if you have no soul. From top to bottom you and your clients are just a number. They don’t care about you or your clients. Only money

Interesting Job. You definitely get paid for your efforts.
Sales Representative (Former Employee) - Medford, OR - November 15, 2023
a typical workday as a salesperson, my routine included attending training sessions at the office before embarking on journeys of up to three hours for daily appointments. The sales process adhered to a highly structured framework; following it diligently practically guaranteed success. The emphasis was on cultivating an assertive sales approach, where resilience in the face of rejection was key to achieving same-day sales. Earnings from successful transactions ranged from $200 to $5000, contingent on the project's scale. Management, much like in any other workplace, was profit-oriented, leveraging available tools for maximum financial gain. The unique culture of each office was shaped by the city it operated in. Personally, the most challenging aspect of the job was the scheduling, at times feeling like the routing lacked coherence. Additionally, if it was deemed that your presence was no longer desired, efforts were made to encourage voluntary resignation rather than straightforward termination. Despite the challenges, I found satisfaction in the autonomy over my income. The opportunity to significantly boost earnings by generating my own leads added an extra layer of incentive. All in all, while the job presented its difficulties, the sense of control over one's financial outcomes made it a rewarding experience.
Pros
Extremely well paid, Good bonuses for different things.
Cons
Gotta be patient in the beginning, waiting to get paid can be difficult.

Work life balance does not exist
Sales Representative (Current Employee) - Kennewick, WA - November 14, 2023
A typical work day includes staying so busy you barely have time to take a break. I learned how to cope with terrible management (general manager has a problem with anger management and lashes out) The behavior listed above created a toxic environment in the office. The hardest part of the job is juggling everything the company throws at you and the easiest part is working with the individuals who bring a positive attitude.
Pros
Bonuses
Cons
Terrible management

I 100% DO NOT recommended
Dialer (Former Employee) - Dallas, TX - November 10, 2023
This company is messy and everywhere. The amount of rules and policies that change almost everyday is crazy. People get fired like flies. Don’t buy the “We care about you” it’s all lies. EVERYONE is watching out for themselves here. If you need money for a short period of time and don’t mind wanting to quit every second I recommend it. Seriously guys just trying to watch out for you!

Waste of time
CMIT (Former Employee) - Denver, CO - November 10, 2023
If you are looking for a professional work environment and job security, look somewhere else. Their management team will lie to your face in the interview saying they will give you the tools you need to excel at the role and then throw you into the field with zero preparation and expect you to get it the first week. Also, they expect you to be mind readers and train people (but they won’t say it) the first month you are there. Being new and trying to learn the job isn’t a good enough excuse and if you’re not bringing in any leads they’ll fire you. So the whole “we’ll train you” phrase is false. Though I’m not suprised, I shouldn’t have expected them to train me to be a leader let alone a canvasser, when they can barely be leaders themselves. They couldn’t even communicate with me when I suspected I was behind in leads, nor did they help me. I had to hear it from someone else because my canvass manager was lying to me and telling me I was doing a great job. l also had to be subjected to being in a unprofessional work environment where people were talking about inappropriate things and I felt uncomfortable having to be in the same van as them which is the main reason why I left. The work environment was never professional. There was barely any training going on. It’s sad that a management team can’t understand that people need time to develop and learn the job, but it makes sense why they act like that because they can’t even maintain a professional environment let alone be leaders. So don’t expect them to train you and set you for success.

None
Cons

Good money but poor management
Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Former Employee) - Dallas, TX - November 9, 2023
Even if you work hard, show up on time and keep your nose down, they will find reasons to fire you if they don’t like you. Do not feed into their “family life culture”.
Pros
Good start out pay
Cons
Rude people in management

Best Job Ever!!!
Inside Sales Agent (Current Employee) - Dallas, TX - October 27, 2023
Great place to work. The culture is fun, everybody is like family and the leadership is second to none. The pay is great! If you work hard you can play even harder and they really care about your professional and personal goals. When they say: We Lead, We Care, We Grow! I can honestly say DaBella stands on that.
Pros
Fun place to work, great culture and the pay is great.
Cons
Potential of becoming a WORKAHOLIC is probable.

If you aren’t driven don’t even bother applying here, yes it can be hard work but it’s a perfect place to find somewhere to build and grow if you have the work ethic
