I'm scared that all of these new centers will close our doors soon if there aren't some big changes at dacco. I love my job and my clients and my coworkers. But employees are so tired of not being treated right. If that doesn't change then Dacco's future will be very challenging because you need staff to operate. 3-0, over and out.

We are coming together to speak out and speak up. If we be heard then I think there ain't nothin stopping us in site. If things progress like always then second phase of 3-0 commence and dacco won't have half their staff run in that place and probably shut down. So it all up to how things progress in my opinion.

DACCO provides critical services to a the SA (substance abuse) population. DACCOs partnership with Hillsborough County is strong and necessary. DACCO has many opportunities to improve in order to make it a better organization but it is likely to be present for many years into our community's future.
