As a teller for DCFCU, the work day was would anyone would expect of a normal work day. On occasion it was truly busy & on other days it would be very slow paced. The customers (members) could sometimes make the job stressful for no reason at all, same is said for managers. While some managers were level headed, rational & good team players, others were completely out of it, disconnected & overall had no idea what they were doing. Should you apply for any position at DCFCU, just go in with the mentality to work. Don't expect to have fun at work. If you go mentally prepared to be responsible, work hard and stay focused you will do fine.
