I think it's a great company, however I feel they need to look at long term picture instead of short term results. They have a tendency to spend a great deal on training and less on job retention that in the long run would save them a great deal more on liability and labor overall if they committed to the employees theyhired

Horrible place to work for

I suggest you go find somewhere to work that cares about their staff , unlike the daiquiri they do not. All of the managers there don’t care about anything you have to say . You also have to do tip share as a waitress or waiter /bartender. They don’t treat there employees with respect and they get rid of people like they change there underwear because no one wants to work here. They have people just not show up because they are sick of the way things work there. Don’t do this job , find somewhere better there are thousands of places .

The management is just awful enough said so many better places to work

They were only nice during the hiring process after that it was a joke on how they didn't communicate anything to me & just kinda left me there to figure it all out, don't work here if you want good management enough said although I will say most of the employees we're really cool & made everything fun.

Don’t waste your time

The Bradenton Beach location is so overstaffed and there is absolutely no foot traffic so you will not make money. I was told I would make upwards of $300 a shift and I don’t even think I made $300 in tips my first week. Your coworkers are great management is below average with a high turnover rate food and drinks are over priced. I wanted this to be an excellent opportunity but it was nothing besides a waste of my time.

A great place to work.

Everyone works as a team to bring out the best product. I am pretty sure that the Daiquiri Deck has good vacation policies. With that Said I like working for the company they treat there employees great. The management at the restaurant and the front office pays attention to there employees and will assist them when needed. Scheduling is very flexible. The kitchen staff work great together. I have no complaints here. I recommend working at the Daiquiri Deck to anyone, whether in the front of the house or the back.
