Took about a month. Phone interview, in person interview and plant tour, then reference and background check, physical, and drug screening are all steps you can expect when you are extended a job offer with DFA.

Yes you can have a felony and work at Dairy Farmers, it does depend on the type and time the felony occurred.
They do Not hire Sexual or Aggravated Felonies, from what I've been told.

Actually recognize the seasoned workforce for their over extended work and pay correctly. If youre skilled, you will do 2 or 3 times the work and get payed less than half your actual value. Lazy company and lazy plant manager. And time off is trash..less than 20 days!

Depending on the department some have worked longer yrs. Than others, wich means it will be FAVORTISIM regardless if YOU do your job the way YOU were TAUGHT or NOT! Some employees do whatever they want and no punishment is EVER said or done, but in other cases if you do something your instantly singled out reprimanded.

As of this writing its gone from 4 - 12 hour shifts down to "BARELY" 3 - 8 hour shifts with several 12 day straight forced overtime days per quarter. Also plant is quickly loosing season operators who amount to 3 to 5 times what a temp will ever do and its most likely going to 2 shifts. Company loves loosing millions of dollars a week in downtime!!!

Demand double what they offer! You will payed a trash survival pay to do more than youre expect. They will lie about forced overtime. Its horrendous, like previous answers..youll have NO TIME to yourself and your vacation requests are subject to staffing demands and seniority.

I was asked what I would do in certain situations, why I wanted the job and given insight into what each position available entailed. Hoping to hear back.
