Unionized, benefits
Good benefits package for Union membership. Still have a pension plan. Wages are subpar for area. Management is terrible. There is a serious apathy problem from management here towards the general staff. Don't recommend to my worst enemy. I was let go just before Christmas so I didn't get the holiday pay.

Management is horrible and needs revamped
Management has a dilemma, keep under qualified people, or actually place professionals in these positions. The current people are lacking morals and ethics! Toxic workplace. Hostile work environment is a grave understatement.

Work can be tough not for the weak and the warehouse is cold. Management sucks and there is a lot of favoritism for the employees that have longevity.
