Please think about your employees and the hard work that we all do. Happy employees help to make a great work environment, which in turn happy employees want to continue to go above and beyond for the company that they work for. Happy employees take pride in their work and end up representing their company well. Remember that we are the face of your company. Making sure that your employees are well taken care of is how you will become a successful CEO. As it is now....DGS reviews are terrible and morale is at an all time low...give back to your employees for the hard work we do (ie. Better flight benefits, room for financial growth with annual raises, etc). Low salaries make it impossible to pay for any type of travel no matter how much the discount is or isnt....Just food for thought. Please seriously take it in to consideration!

Low wages for the work you do. Poor management. They tell you you have flight privilege for free but it cost and it gets expensive if you have a family. Stay away from this company unless you like slave labor and being treated bad.dont care about their employees.give them a 1/2 star rating and that is being generous

I would tell the CEO that he/she need to come onboard our to his/her work place to be a secret boss with dressing up in costume for the day to see how everything is ran so they would know hands on for them self how employees are been treated and the staff are been treated and they could make changes that way.

Be upfront with the flight benefits. When you say “travel on us” it’s not necessarily true. Yield fare gets expensive when you are traveling as a family. Then add in the least status and get bumped its just hard. I was told a lot of things that didn’t necessarily work out.

Conduct of A Great Leader is one that has an Integral Conversation, poised with Conduct, in terms of interaction in breakrooms-employees witness profanity from supervisors, managers who are nasty to female employees with verbal name calling. This is not integral, nor is permissable in the employee handbook, however this conduct is being accepted. I have had leaders literally lie after they had given me a directive to do - to then say they did not tell me to do it. I find this to be a reason to write the review I am submitting today. I have so much more to say but less space to write. Will someone please clean the house.
