I'm a new hire at Dalco

The hiring specialist works with managers to find the best candidates to fill the role. My manager worked with me to set a schedule that fit my needs. The owners genuinely care about the employees and their wellbeing. Everyone I work with is kind, and patiently teaches me anything I need to know. IT issues get resolved quickly. The work pace is set based on your personal knowledge and is expanded as you learn more and become more efficient.

Don't trust them!

There are a lot of good, hardworking people there. The benefits are pretty good, the pay not so much. Many managers are not supportive if not downright nasty. They provide little concise feedback and are often negative. Several are poor communicators and trainers, as well as dishonest.

A hard culture to get use to

The company was a difficult place to work for. The company was going in many directions and not doing any of the very well. Management had little control of expenses.
