Dancor is a good company, relaxed and has good ratings, and good CSA scores, nice enviroment and new equipment, nice repair shop, But they are installing in cab cameras that record inside the cab , and sleeper area.

Local Truck Driver (Former Employee) –  Van Buren, ARDecember 4, 2017
Job wasn't hard. I ran local out of Memphis. Not very long hours. Pay is what drove me away. This job would fit someone that is retired and looking for a little income. Not for a family.
Pros
Work enviroment
Cons
Pay

Not Great but Can Be
Terminal Manager (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXMay 18, 2016
Dancor could be a Great company to work for. Typical day would consist of working from 8 to 12 Hours with a Fleet of 30 Drivers.
Dispatching making appointments, scheduling, filing, counseling, payroll. Overall Rating if very Low due to High Turn over rate. Insurance is very High and there is no retirement of 401K. Management is not always on the same page. Lot of Changes need to be put in place.
Pros
Great Equipment to Drive
Cons
Pay Rate is very unfair to Drivers
