Pay Sucks
part time (Former Employee) –  Virginia Beach, VAJanuary 17, 2019
Work two days per week at $13 per hour?? Walk up to two miles per day within the hospital. Don't even call you back after you interview to follow up.

No room for advancement not worth risking your safety
Production Worker (Former Employee) –  Sturtevant, WIDecember 22, 2018
Everybody gets paid differently you can be a lead and normal employees are making as much as you and raises aren’t dished out fairly. If somebody quits or gets fired be ready to pick up the slack for months at a time. Whatever you do don’t call in, even if you have vacation days/sick time they will make you feel bad for taking time off. Insurance rates are high, also the job is a danger to your safety you can be poked by needles no matter how cautious you are definitely not worth the pay.
Pros
Good co-workers. It’s a paycheck.
Cons
Management is terrible, corporate office doesn’t care about lower level employees.

Accounts Receivable Specialist (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILSeptember 25, 2018
I worked at this company for almost a year, they would call me back every other week to work for them but when it was time for them to make me permanent they hired a couple of younger people but I helped them to reach their goal when the young people couldn't. They focus on a younger group of people for hire.
Pros
They would do things that if I was younger could enjoy
Cons
they focus on a younger type of worker

Dan isn't for everyone
Business Manager (Former Employee) –  USAAugust 9, 2018
The company doesn't give you a clear direction. The CEO and president Dan Daniels does not value education and seems to make decisions irrationally but more so based on his mood for the day. I watched multiple people get less commission than they earned per the plan due to "they have made enough money." This company is out of touch with the market place and do not price accordingly.
Pros
Decent Salary, ability to work remotly
Cons
Owner, Management, deceptive business practices, vacation is unheard of, poor work life ballance

This is not where you want to end up! Leadership is poor and company culture is non-existent. If you need a job, apply, if you want a career, keep looking.

Stay away from this company. You'll just get a phone call one day knowing that you're fired without any reason. It doesn't matter how great of a worker you are. At first they'll promise you advancement, but everything is just a lie. So disappointed in this company.

Route Driver (Current Employee) –  Baltimore, MD 21224March 14, 2018
To me its a good company to get drive time experince. It will give a lot of duties to be preformed each day so you will learn a lot of delivery experince. But the pay do not match the work. And the management does not communitcate that well to assure of your duties.
Pros
a lot of driving experince for new drivers
Cons
low pay and no room for growth

Production Worker (Former Employee) –  Westland, MIFebruary 12, 2018
Overall this was the worst job I ever had. The pay was horrible and they didn't offer much protection from all the medical waste we dealt with on a day to day basis.

Lead Operator/Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Bronx, NYFebruary 7, 2018
This was a fun place to work. I advanced up the scale fairly quickly. It was easy to learn the machine and all the other duties of the job. Management could have been better.

Driver (Former Employee) –  Bronx, NYFebruary 7, 2018
This company's demise is imminent. There is absolutely no potential for advancement. The customer service is horrible. Supervisors are completely oblivious and dispatchers have no logistical or geographical knowledge.
All of the Routes are mixed up, it's a mess.
Pros
No micromanagement
Cons
Management and benefits.

Started out to be a great place to work but changed with different management. very discriminating.
Customer Excellence Manager (Former Employee) –  Chicago, ILNovember 29, 2017
It was a great place to work the first 5 years of employment. New management came in and it went down from there. The management was very discriminating and made sure there was no witnesses. Loved my position. There are a few great people still working there if you are lucky enough to work in the same department. The company did have a good work/life balance.
Pros
Work/life balance
Cons
no raise structure

Managment only cares about making a buck, they will tell you everything you wanna hear. But they really don't care about you. Which explains the high turn over in employees. There's no safety culture. Keep driving with the tire that's about to blow up. It ok. This company is as FAKE as they come.
Pros
They are really good liers
Cons
Cant keep any promises, lies, lies...

Productive work place. Very high paced at times. Management and co workers were easy to work with
RMW Production Associate (Former Employee) –  Easton, PA 18045September 21, 2017
Typical day at work began with being at your station on time. Communicating with 2nd shift about what was complete and incomplete. All mornings began with starting autoclave on time. 1 employee off loading trucks, 2 employees filling bins with product. I learned that everyone must do their part to keep things running smooth. Management was more than fair giving us time to get things finished. The hardest part of the job was the general labor itself. A lot of heavy lifting and moving. The smell from the product could be heinous at times. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the individuals I had the opportunity to work with. Great group.
Pros
Co workers, friendly, lunch
Cons
heat, cold, smell
