IT Auditor (Current Employee) –  New York, NYAugust 16, 2019
Danone is a great place to work. There’s a string sense of teamwork and management is genuinely concerned about the welfare of employees. Growth in your field of work is assured

Senior material handler (Former Employee) –  Minster, OHAugust 14, 2019
They give minimal training and expect you to do the job without any mistakes. People seem friendly but there are a lot of backstabbers there. If certain old timers, mainly women, don’t like you, you’re given a hard way to go.

It’s been an amazing journey to work at this company. But they relocated in Dallas, TX recently in April. I would be more than happy to work for them in the future. They’re making great products. Yogurt.!!!

Upper Management
Former Employee (Former Employee) –  White Plains, NYAugust 10, 2019
Most of the Upper Management has no clue in what their employees do day by day, which makes issues difficult for resolution. Most of the time management didn't listen. We never had a voice to improve or streamline our work.

Fun and happy place to work
Trade Management Specialists (Former Employee) –  Londonderry, NHAugust 9, 2019
This was definitely a great place to work. They had good employee morale and great benefits in house. PTO up to 5 weeks and good medical and dental insurance. The pay was very good too.

Good place to work if you are ok with drawing within the lines
Associate Manager (Current Employee) –  Broomfield, COAugust 9, 2019
Good place to work if you are ok with drawing within the lines. They do not really encourage input and free thinking. You are expected to follow orders and not question.

Great people - difficult management
Contractor (Former Employee) –  Broomfield, COAugust 7, 2019
Great culture - you get to work with great people from all over the globe! Great place to learn.

They are headquartered in France so this is a very anti-American culture. They are only interested in hiring technical resources in Argentina where they can pay them very little. Not much chance to advance yourself if you are a US Citizen.

Middle and Upper-Level Management is very under-experienced and very egotistical. Be prepared to work for a boss who knows a LOT less than you but pretends to know everything. Also be prepared to have your best ideas and solutions claimed by your boss.

As for the rest, when you can stay away from your manager, it's a great environment. Great place to learn and a great place to hone your skills.
Pros
On-site cafeteria, unlimited PTO
Cons
very sketchy Middle and Upper-Level Management

Not a place to advance in the company
Machine Operator (Former Employee) –  Salt Lake City, UTAugust 7, 2019
The culture here is unbelievably toxic, the plant management, reminds you constantly that you are replaceable. The equipment you use, fails everyday, there are no parts to fix it. You will be blamed for the problems, even though you cannot prevent the issue. If you have an issue with harassment or anything needing confidentiality, you will learn quickly that everyone in the plant has heard about it. They talk about pay raises, but in a year and a half the “plan” for them has yet to rolled out. Just excuses about “we’re working on it “.
There is no job security. Believe it or not, this plant is a place where if the upper management doesn’t like you. You become a target to be fired/forced to quit. It’s discussed in they’re morning meetings. My coworkers were some great people! They made the job bearable, but the current management is a nightmare.
Pros
Good pay for the market, coworkers
Cons
No advancement w/o a degree, harassment, no confidentiality, extremely poor management

Typical Food Processing BS
QA ANALYST (Former Employee) –  Salt Lake City, UTAugust 6, 2019
This company is like any other food processing plant. Revolving door and sometimes questionable food safety practices. There's no such thing as leave of absence regardless of situation which is why I left. No compassion but, then again it's to be expected when the employee turnover is as high as it is. It's barely been 2 years and they replaced the plant manager.
Pros
free milk
Cons
I don't have time to list all of the things wrong with this place.

Quality Assurance Technician II (Current Employee) –  Salt Lake City, UTJuly 30, 2019
The job is easy but management makes it very difficult to work as a team. No one is a team!
This place would not be a bad place to work at if they could revamp the culture and get some new management that has people skills and want for everyone to succeed not just themselves.
Pros
Pay is better than most entry levels
Cons
Culture is very weak

Customer Collaboration Manager (Current Employee) –  Broomfield, COJuly 21, 2019
The organization is strongly divided between offices. No one wants to work together. Everyone's priorities are too competitive that the customer experience suffers. Too many layers of bureaucracy to get anything done. Benefits are great, but the rest is too frustrating to be worth it.

Great place to work with outgoing employees and wonderful upper management who really took the time to listen and relate to employees. Atmosphere is one of team work and hard work combined.

Forklift/Machine Operator (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJuly 8, 2019
They got room for growth!! I like working for companies that have available spaces for internal growth. It’s makes the team work harder together,so they can move up.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Current Employee) –  Salt Lake City, UTJune 22, 2019
Fast paced dedicated workers, lots of good connections, but a difficult schedule to be away from your family for long hours. Pay is relative to other places of manufacturing.

Decent company to work for
QA LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (Current Employee) –  Minster, OHJune 17, 2019
The company as a whole is great to work for. Like any company there is always issues with one or two individuals. I enjoy my job duties and working here. My area (Lab) has seen a lot of turnover since I started. This is mainly due to the horrible management that we have to deal with. With the upper management and HR movement I really don't see any changes with this person in the near future.

Basically, any time I have issues its usually involving this person and it never gets resolved, it only gets worse until people end up leaving. You would think HR would handle it but unfortunately they haven't.

Its a pretty good place to work. They have ac on the work floor. Makes it nice. They want you to get out as much production as possible without you feeling like you are rushed.
Pros
Paid for 12 hours, weekends off(every other), paid holidays
Cons
12 hour shifts, work weekends(every other), if youre scheduled to work holidays you have to work

Rough place to work at
Maintenance Technician (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXMay 30, 2019
Co-workers talk behind each other's backs. management says they will do something and never do. No consistency in forced OT schedule. Management doesn't even tell you when you have forced overtime. Just have to check the schedule yourself. Work on holidays. Horrible horrible horrible commute to the company and no understanding of all the traffic and bad accidents that are along the way to get there. Have to constantly remind management when you ate going to be out. Only a 30 minute lunch for a 12 hout shift. Co-workers rush you to finish your job. A lot of injuries happen there and the management supposedly cares but doesn't as I had 2 injuries and was told to continue working through it even though I was hobbling.
Pros
The pay is very competive
Cons
Work environment, benefits overcharge, and the work schedule

Supervisors don't know much all of them are scouted from other facilities that done be run under but still think they can do a better job than anyone
Sanitation Worker (Former Employee) –  Minster, OHMay 29, 2019
Supervisors don't know if they at a family outing or in a yogurt factory. Think they deserve highest pay for playing on social media watching ball games while the workers doing the grunt work keeping the facility running get treated poorly set up for failure so they can fire you. Work temps for years before hiring them so they don't have to pay them much or benefits.. people mostly friendly but some are just rude. Took all benefits away.. Family only ones they look out for even though that's a conflict of interest according to their rules..

Decent pay in certain fields Benefits good in some fields

Great Company, dept. VP sucked
Office Employee (Current Employee) –  Minneapolis, MNMay 14, 2019
Loved working in local office until new VP was hired. She is a micro-manager in the worst way. Very condescending to me and even crossed the EEO ethics line.
Pros
Great culture, great pay, some really great people
Cons
VP of Target the worst!
