Started picking, was super easy and repetitive. But if you escape the pick-mod you're given more and more responsibility with the same amount of pay. Trainers(even machine operators) only make 30cents more than pickers. For a few months there's so little work they let you leave early. Other months they have you on overtime and mandatory saturdays. Not worth the stress.

The ability to be challenged in different areas. Opportunity to learn new technology and given the tools to do your job to the max. work place is fun and many friendly coworker's. Management is always willing to have you succeed in your job. Hardest part of job sometimes is communication with some coworkers. The most enjoyable part is working with the customers. .
They want you to work like a robot and never praise people when they do good. Their expectations are not possible and the supervisors have favorites. You cannot stand up for yourself if you have any sort of problem.
