It depends on the plant and position you take. They have regular 5 day schedules. As well as 4-10's or 12"s, they sometimes have split shifts or rotating days off. Overtime is very common and you will work on all holidays. They can switch your shift up to four times a year.

The conditions are often loud and can get very warm/humid and the pace is constant. They are specifically recruiting more women. The Issaquah or Rainier plants have a very desireable benefits package. Overtime is very common as well as working holidays.

The working hours had changed since I was there, I believe they do 8 hr shifts now 4 to 7 days a week depending on how far back they are delayed. Some great tips are to be honest with what you sy on your resume and make sure you tell them your willing to always change your hours and give up personal time for the company.
