It's nice with coworkers. With management, it's toxic and shady. Your eyes will be opened and your mental burden lifted a bit if you simply presume that management is lying about everything. At that point, events will make a lot more sense while you are still working there, and the decision to dust off your resume becomes clearer.

Not honest about starting pay. Unrealistic productivity expectations. Very negative work environment. I have never seen so many sad, downtrodden faces in my life, except for maybe a funeral. Competition among employees rather than team work.

It is what you make of it. I personally get along with pretty much everyone. You have your certain ones that like to be dramatic but I don't let them affect my money or my smiling attitude! I have made some friends for life there.

Co-workers are very friendly and helpful. Management does not communicate well with each other or employees. Favoritism is a major issue between upper level and regular employees.

Teamwork is a must. People have to work together to get the work done. People tend to use headphones to keep their minds on their work instead of talking. The faster one works the better the pay.
