Its easy but repetitive

It's very repetitive and you may get easily frustrated at times due to lack of staff in other departments. There's 2 to 3 weeks of paid training but once your on the call floor you learn new things as you go. And other workers are always there to assist you/ teach you. Now about management, 1st shift manger cool but has his days, 2nd shift super extra cool but leaving soon, 3rd shift no one cares that she's even there. Go figure. Once your there to do your job and not bully or gossip about ppl like your in high school then you'll have much success.

Answer phones from customers.Help them in programming their card key to gain entrance into their establishments. The work place was very friendly. Some would even bring their children to work..
