The length of training varies depending on a driver's level of experience and license. For an experienced driver with a license and proper endorsement, training and onboarding can take as little as one week. For a new driver looking to obtain a CDL license and public passenger endorsement, the background check process and training can take a few months. Training for can be flexible to work around other jobs or commitments in some cases, depending on the candidate.
