Assistant Manager in Skyline, AR
My overall experience with David's Burgers was great. The management that was above me were always helpful and the culture is the best in the state. There isn't another fast food job that is more fun and one that will create a fun environment like David's. On the other hand David's is very strict and you must follow company guidelines very closely or you will be fired.

Worked here during my sophomore year of high school and would say that it’s probably your best option if you’re looking to work in fast food. Coworkers and management were very nice to me while I was there.

The environment is fast paced. So much so that going to the bathroom is frowned upon, and workers rarely wash their hands or fully sanitize an area before moving on.
While the company preaches about being family oriented, if you have any problems with your family they won't be understanding about you putting anything above the business regardless of the severity.
Not rewarding. The fresh meat is processed in an unclean environment that, rather than having been put together thoughtfully and efficiently, looks like it was all thrown together over time. This leads to it looking rundown, and the lack of effective sanitation and cleaning methods results in the entire place being full of stains and debris from days/weeks past.
I loved working here! The management team is very encouraging and always there to help you. The atmosphere is very happy and workers are friendly. I was very sad to leave because of college and if there was another location in the area I need then I would definitely continue to work here!

I was always written up or “coached” for not wearing makeup , or if my hair wasn’t up to there standard . Im black with natural hair and makeup breaks me out . And the managers would never help out at closing time they would basically stand around on their phone and dictate us then yell us saying “hurry up guys im ready to go home”
