Way too long. It took me months (meeting with numerous managers, taking tests, and driving all over town) and my spouse also had to pass an interview.

If you’re in sales, you won’t get any real days off. You’ll get calls and emails seven days a week, including while n on vacation. They also like to throw in random required meetings or training on your days off.

They give you decent vacation up front but you’ll feel guilty to use it if you’re in building or sales. There is never a good time to go and expect callls and emails while you’re “gone”.

Not often, in my case it would need to be for the entire department as we were all paid the same base salary when I started and then while I was there they created a structure to allow lead designer and senior designer positions which gave the raises. The commission was where we found our increase in pay and it was pretty solid.
