Way too long. It took me months (meeting with numerous managers, taking tests, and driving all over town) and my spouse also had to pass an interview.

Simply takes too long. You have multiple interviews with multiple managers. You have to take several personality test and they even do an in-home interview with your spouse. After all the hoops you have to jump through to get hired, it is amazing seeing how much turnover they have in the sales department.

Phone interview, face to face interview, personality tests, meeting to discuss testing then continual followup.

Strenuous! Phone interview, IQ test (in office), and then personality test (online). If you pass, then it is a F2F interview that will last at least 4 hours. If you are selected, they will take you and a significant other out to dinner for one last meeting and present the offer. They stress they look for a fit for the company over experience, however, I did not find it always to be true. Good Luck!
