Amazing benefits and all around good vibes
This place has amazing benefits. Great people to work with and a great work life balance. Management is really improving and things have changed dramatically for the good in the last year

Best place to work, coolest co workers
Davis Tech is the best place to work! Co workers are amazing, there's always snacks! The pay starts out super fair, and raises come often if you actually do your job! The benefits are really good and affordable, HSA is amazing. The culture here is just so amazing and caring, everyone will go out of there way to make sure everyone else is truly taken care of on every level! You will not regret work...

I worked in the cosmetology department as a receptionist/dispensary clerk. I had previously gone to Davis Tech as a student and loved my time there as such, and decided to apply to work in the same department I had previously gone to school for. Opportunity to teach others
Able to take grown men with barely any mathematic skill, get them proficient in trigonometry, then see them apply what they've learned in a hands on environment is magical. Graduation brought a year to my eye

Some great people, but some not
Like many employers, they have a lot of great people, but also some miserable ones. Upper management act like they are supportive, but are really not. They are mainly only concerned about their ego and building their silos. Favoritism causes a lot of stress, blame, and finger pointing.
