Discrepancy between company's message and actions, low pay
Daxko is undergoing massive changes. Their message is that they want to take care of their customers and employees and that the "money will take care of itself". A great message, but one that falls short of what I experienced in my division.
If you don't have a lot of work experience, Daxko could still be a good place to get your start. However, - more ... keep an eye on the job market so you know when you have better options somewhere else.
Up-side is that the culture can be fun and the people are nice. - less
