Run away
Office Manager (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXOctober 22, 2018
Just run away. This place feels like a cult. Also, it is not as "transparent" as they call it. They try to be young, hip, and fresh, but they are far from it. If you are looking for the long term, do not come here. This is perfect for recent grads looking to get experience.
Pros
Free lunches

Cult-like

Please if you ever take caution to anything, take caution to this. Do Not Work Here. They will hire you and lay you off within months. Do not do it.
Cons
Dishonest, Layoffs, Toxicity, Low Compensation, Constant Change

Discrepancy between company's message and actions, low pay
Development Department Employee (Former Employee) –  Houston, TXFebruary 8, 2018
Daxko is undergoing massive changes. Their message is that they want to take care of their customers and employees and that the "money will take care of itself". A great message, but one that falls short of what I experienced in my division.
If you don't have a lot of work experience, Daxko could still be a good place to get your start. However, keep an eye on the job market so you know when you have better options somewhere else.
Up-side is that the culture can be fun and the people are nice.
Pros
Friendly co-workers, free Friday lunches, company volunteer days
Cons
Inconsistent messaging, low pay, high turnover (even in management)

Project Manager (Current Employee) –  Birmingham, ALApril 20, 2017
Integrity, Sense of Ownership, Synergistic Team Work and Fun are all core values that Daxko lives by. This is a great company for young, entry-level career starters to get a firm grasp of business operations and understanding to apply throughout your career. Plus, they give you tons of free food and the CEO is very transparent about business operations - keeping all employees in the know.

Pretty Cool Place to Work
Nonprofit Engagement (Former Employee) –  Homewood, ALSeptember 21, 2015
Overall, Daxko wasn't a bad place to work. To the company's credit, they made working in a cubicle about as entertaining as working in a cubicle can be.
