It's a great place to work if you don't need the money. Only the managers and owners are paid well. Decent B2B experience for building your resume.

Update the 1980 era systems i.e. (AS/400) for sales and rentals. Increase the base pay of the salespeople to at least market average. Encourage and give people the ability to retire at 65. Be more fair with sales/rental territories. Offer more detailed career pathways because they are virtually non existent. Reward loyalty better.

32-40 hrs per week. January & Febuary are usually slow. Likely to have one LOW (Lack of work) per week. Nows the time to apply. Be prepared for poor attitudes
